Firstly many thanks to you Ciara for all your hard work and help in the lead up to the wedding. You were fantastic to worth with, nothing was ever any trouble and your attention to detail and willingness to work with us was really appreciated, especially in accommodating the children. We’d like to extend a big thank you the chefs at Summerhill. Everyone said the food was fantastic from the biscuits and scones on arrival to the full meal. The fish cakes and steaks in particular were a big hit. The food was fantastic. The kitchen service was superb there was no table left waiting for their food. Equally breakfast offerings the next morning was very impressive. Last but by no means least thank you to all the servers both on the floor and the bar. We’d highly recommend the Summerhill for a wedding to anyone who asks.
