Thanks so much! We had the best day. The room looked absolutely perfect when we walked in, and it’s a testament to your great eye for detail. Conor and I loved the experience of the buildup; you were always more than accommodating, even when I was a bit of a control freak. The team was fantastic throughout, and our guests were very complimentary about them and the food. So many people have told me it’s a hidden gem. They said the food is some of the best they’ve had, and I genuinely know they meant it. They’ll definitely be back for lunch and dinner. The following day, we were constantly being told how the food was such a highlight of the evening and how much of it there was. The meal the night before was also a huge success; everyone raved about how good the food was and what a treat it was to have everyone together the day before. Thanks again! We had our wedding on April 23rd, 2024, in Ditchley House. We started the process with Zoe as our wedding coordinator, and then Jayni took over. This change was seamless; Jayni knew all the details of our wedding when we first met. She was phenomenal and never let us feel a moment of stress. I can't speak highly enough of her and the team. We had a small family wedding with 30 guests in Ditchley House, which is a stunning venue for intimate celebrations. Even with a small guest list, they ensured we had a games room to keep the kids entertained all day. No matter how many questions we had—big or small—Jayni was always there with the answers. The staff were amazing and so friendly. We adored the food at our menu tasting, and it was even better on the day. The kitchen team did an outstanding job. Throughout the day and night, the managers looking after us made sure to introduce themselves, so we knew exactly who to call if we needed anything. We can't thank the entire team at the Radisson enough for how magical they made our day. Our only wish would be to do it all over again.
