The Radisson Sligo was the first venue we went to see and Denise the wedding coordinator is just so dam good at her job that she had it sold to us in no time. Denise was an absolute pleasure to work with and no matter what time of day or what day of the week I contacted her, she would reply straight away. We had 16 months to plan for our wedding so we had plenty of questions and a lot probably being really silly, but Denise never made it feel like that. On the run up we had some meetings and a few days before we met with some more of the wedding team. To say the day went perfectly is an understatement. Absolutely everything about our day and the service we received from the hotel was just brilliant. The hotel supplied so much for the big day and there were no hidden costs for anything on our final bill. Denise was a pleasure to work with but on the day, we also had Olive who is the Events Manager and she was with us the whole day to make sure all went smoothly. Olive is such a lovely person, and we had great craic with her on the day. We had Geraldine who oversaw us all at the top table and she did a phenomenal job. She didn't miss a beat and if anything was needed it was there before you could even blink. Urszula or (Ulla as they call her) oversaw all the other tables and the feedback from our guests was that she was just as good as Geraldine. We also spoke with her that night and the next day and she was extremely kind. We would highly recommend The Radisson, Sligo for your wedding based on value of the wedding, professionalism of staff, responsiveness with Denise and all the hotel has to offer for your day that I feel other hotels don't have and you must source yourself. We got married in the Radisson Sligo in June and from day one it was just perfect. For someone who works in the wedding industry, you are that extra picky with everything. The minute we walked through the doors of the Radisson in February 2022 we just knew that we found our wedding venue. Then we met with Denise and she was just the icing to our decision. She took us through everything that the hotel had to offer, we were just blown away. Literally all we had to provide for our day was flowers for our register table, sweets & crisps, everything and I mean everything was provided by the hotel completely free of charge – we were just over the moon. We checked into the hotel the night before our wedding and it was the best ever. We relaxed in the bar the night before as we met with Denise that afternoon and dropped off all our items and she said ‘now relax and enjoy every moment’ as she and her team have everything looked after – and that is exactly what we did. The entire day went so flawlessly. Our guests were full of nothing but compliments for the whole team. They made everyone feel so welcomed and had everything running like clockwork. We even had compliments on how efficiently and professionally the meal was served and how organised the teams were in change overs from dinner to evening. Denise is second to none as a co-ordinator. She is fantastic at what she does and she does it all with such professionalism. Denise’s experience in wedding planning is evident in how her thought process in the organising of our wedding was ahead of mine and she helped me think of things I hadn't. It is obvious that she loves her job and she is fantastic at it. She dealt with my last-minute table changes and never made an issue of it, in fact re-assured us it wasn't an issue. I 100% believe it was the day it was because of Denise and her team; they have made us memories to cherish forever and we are forever grateful.

We live in the UK but fell in love with the Radisson Blu in Sligo due to the amazing Denise and her gorgeous team. We managed to arrange it all within 8 months and honestly had no stressful moments, apart from the table plan…but that was totally our issue!! Denise I cannot recommend enough, her professionalism and care is second to none. She was there to answer any questions and helped with so much more, we are so grateful to have her as our wedding planner. The wedding day went without a hitch due to Denise and her team, they are unbelievable and are always a step ahead.
