Ballroom

We recently had our wedding at the Four Seasons Carlingford. It was a truly magical day and it couldn’t of happened without the incredible support of the Wedding Team and staff - they are just Team Awesome!! Our guests are still talking about the exceptional service they received on the day and throughout their stay at the hotel. Our wedding coordinator Linda Scott was simply superb and such an ambassador for her industry and we would also like to Alana, Dermot, Diane and Mairead and all the staff. Working with Linda and the wedding team was a joy - it was easy, so supportive and uncomplicated... it kept us right, calm and helped us the get the best value and impact from our budget which is so important. They walked that journey throughout every stage with us and were so supportive and encouraging. I will never forget walking into the wedding room and how the venue looked - it was magical with the mountain backdrop and the sea behind us - the venue is just ideal, superb facilities, food was awesome and so many lovely staff there to make our guests have an incredible experience… the team also had great relationships with other wedding vendors which we met at the Wedding Open Day and used …thank you to the Four Seasons for making our special day so so special!! I am still smiling as it was just perfect and magical.

I don't even know how to start, Linda and the team are the absolute best, working in the hospitality industry myself I was worried I would be too picky. The Four Seasons was the 1st hotel we looked at and the only hotel, Myself and my husband fell in love straight away and just knew it was going to be the best place for us to have our wedding weekend. We wanted to get book very quickly after getting engaged and Linda was able to accommodate us very quickly and we book that day and she even put un in Contact with a celebrant. From Danielle, Mairead Alanna and Linda nothing was a problem with the planning on the lead up to the wedding The weekend of our wedding was the most amazing time, the service and food was unbelievable everyone could not do enough for us and our guests all commented on the food and how amazing the hotel was. We even had part of our 2nd day there. Dermot the General manager was there from start to finish, even by helping me get up the aisle and fixing my dress making sure we all had a drink. I can not recommend this staff and hotel enough, I honestly mean this all the staff went above and beyond for all my bridal party and guests, even searching hotel room for my daughters lost teddy. We can not wait to get back for an overnight!

This venue is second to none! The staff, food, venue and setting is fantastic. The wedding team could not do enough for us and our day ran so smoothly with not one minor problem. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves knowing we were in the very capable hands of the amazing wedding team. The pictures our photographer was able to capture around the beautiful Carlingford streets and the old abbey walking distance from the hotel are memories we will cherish forever. Couldn’t recommend this hotel and the amazing staff enough!
