We couldn't be more excited to bring you today's timeless real wedding which was filled to the brim with joy and oozing pure modern flair. Mark and Eoin held their stylish spring soiree on a glorious sunny day at The Lodge at Ashford Castle. 140 of their loved ones joined them for their celebration planned and styled by the grooms themselves that was loaded with Pinterest-able details.
Aidan Beatty Photography was behind the camera capturing every unforgettable moment, all the sweet personal details and the gorgeous style. Prepare for sublime groomswear, sweet spring blooms, a breathtaking ceremony exit, a fabulous champagne tower, and a party-starting first dance, and that's just scratching the surface. Let's go!

Mark is from Cork and Eoin is from Clare. They met through friends at Electric Picnic years ago but it was a "slow burn" until they got together. Their proposal took place on Doolin Pier on a very wet January day in 2024 and they celebrated with a night in Adare Manor. How romantic!

Our immensely dapper grooms wore Louis Copeland & Sons tuxes and they opted for white dinner jackets which are so stylish and offer a hint of old Hollywood glamour. Plus, they look even more sensational in the spring sunlight.

As for their priorities for their celebration, "We wanted everyone including ourselves to laugh, cry, dance, eat, drink and just be happy! Forget about the world for a couple of days and just be present and in the moment."

Their first look absolutely stole our hearts!

They also wanted their celebration for it to be a reminder to people that Ireland made history 10 years previous with the marriage referendum.

Mark and Eoin tied the knot in a sun-soaked outdoor ceremony in front of the elegant country house with stunning views of the lush surroundings and the sparkling Lough Corrib.

"We wanted it to feel special, sophisticated, warm, but most of all fun! We wanted to make sure our family and friends felt like it was a day for them as well as for us. And it was! Topped off with the amazing weather we had, it really was the perfect day," they reflect.

Their moving ceremony included a handfasting ritual and their dear friend Barry moved everyone to tears as he recited a piece by President Michael D. Higgins celebrating Ireland's legalisation of equal marriage.

Wow, wow, wow! Their ceremony exit took our breath away in an instant.

For Mark and Eoin, it was the location, the setting, the staff, and the food that made their wedding venue The Lodge at Ashford Castle an absolute no-brainer. Offering traditional charm and contemporary luxury with handsome period elements throughout and not to mention the picturesque surroundings, it provides an unforgettable backdrop for any celebration.

While there are so many fun dinner table games for your guests, a first dance sweepstake is such a brilliant conversation starter for the drinks reception.

The floral arrangements by Petals & Buds exuded pure spring sweetness with pastel blooms at the fore and foliage such as eucalyptus for a textural 'freshly gathered' feel.

Bow bridesmaids dresses are such a beautiful choice and their leading ladies dazzled in slate grey satin gowns from Dresscode.

The couple say to make the absolute most of the build-up to the wedding. "Don’t get too wrapped up in trying to make everything perfect! Plus take in every moment of the day itself because it goes so fast and we have never felt so much love – it's hard to let that go."

They were joined by their bridesmaids and groomsmen for their epic champagne tower, which was poured to perfection too!

It wasn't just their wedding day that was sun-kissed, their honeymoon was too. The couple jetted off to Marbella for their mini-moon and they had their honeymoon in South Africa.

They will never forget the wedding speeches. "Our speeches were very special, the room was full of tears and laughter! For us the genuine love from our wedding party and all of our guests was such an incredible feeling."

The grooms chose Pink Pony Club by Chappell Roan as their first dance song, talk about a party starter!

They were in for the night of their lives on the dancefloor too as the grooms hired the top party band Spring Break!
